Maintenance Mode

Allows you to make your blog temporarily unavailable to your visitors with a custom message.
Accessible by the administrator. This is good if you’re revamping your site or on hiatus. ;)

Download Maintenance Mode Plugin. Extract

Upload the folder maintennance-mode to your (wp-content/plugins)

Login to your wordpress, then activate

Go to Options, click Maintennance Mode

Then edit the settings to your desire.

Remember, Only Admins (YOU) (If you are logged in) can only Access your site. Plain visitors will see your default page as “Maintennance Mode“
