Copy Paste (Notepad)

Rename it to live-comment-preview.php

Login to your FTP, then Upload the live-comment-preview.php in your (wp-content/plugins)

Next, Login to your wordpress account, activate live-comment-preview.php

Put the function < ?php do_action(‘comment_form’, $post->ID); ?> (take out the spaces between < ? and ?> anywhere you want to it to appear at your comments.php
