Install a flash image on your website in no time.

download Flash Fader

upload flashfader.php and flashfader.swf in your (wp-content/plugins) folder.

Activate it.

Don’t forget to change the permission of your wp-content folder to 777. how to? login to your FTP right click on your wp-content folder then tick all the boxes or set to 777.

Go to manage and try to upload 2 images.

Remember, if you want to change the size of your image, you must first,

1. change the width and height. SAVE IT. ( Manage > Flashfader )
2. and then upload your images.

otherwise, it will cut of your photos if it is too large.

Place the function somewhere in your sidebar.php
