Log-in to your FTP, then Upload (1) Fancy Tooltips Folder and (1) Fancytooltips.php both to your (wp-content/plugins) folder.
Go to your WordPress Admin panel, look for Fancy Tool Tips and Activate it!
Usage: Put the attribute Title=”This is my cat” to your anchor (< a >), While alt=”This is my cat” attribute to your images (< img >).
