Whenever I hear his version, I truly feel the Christmas spirit. Not that there is something wrong with other Artists’ rendition, it’s just that his version is really amazing and very soothing. Second to Nat King Cole’s, is Celtic Woman’s version of the song. It’s soothing as well and sweet to listen. Overall, this is the best Christmas song for me.
Sigh. I think I need to re-download all of my favorite Christmas songs tonight! =)) 14 days to go!
It’s here!! It’s finally here! The official Hunger Games Trailer. Gosh! I cannot wait! Goosebumps all over! If you guys haven’t read the trilogy, I suggest you do. The movie will be shown on March 2012. 4 months of waiting is just agony.
I’ll read the trilogy again next February, 1 month before the release date. Woot!
I’m from FEU and I strongly support FEU when it comes to CDC. But hands down to UP Pep Squad! They were AMAZING! I was totally blown away, shouting and cussing at the same time from my amazement! They really deserve the crown. FEU did great as well, except from some tiny bit errors. But overall, I love FEU’s routine. My bet after all 8 schools performed was – UP, FEU. As for the third, I’m not sure. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting DLSU to enter the top 3. Everyone was surprised when they placed 1st and beat FEU to that matter! It’s like icing in the cake for the Archers. No matter, I have no bitter feelings towards them. They did great too, that’s the truth. In fact, they improved a lot over the past years. Unlike before, they were totally boring to watch. As for UST, to tell the truth, their routine was clean! Perfect. I especially like the last pyramid. But it lacks the “wow factor” they’ve always managed to give to their audiences and fans. In fact, I think the routine was simple even down to their costumes — I immediately thought about their 400 centennial celebration, I guess that’s the reason behind it. I actually thought NU did well. I thought they’ll place higher, maybe 5th, 4th or even enter the top 3. No matter, all 8 schools did an amazing job. It’s just that in a competition, there’s always a winner and runner ups. And I’m glad my school is once again at the Top 3. Be it 2nd, 1st, the winner or even out of the top 3, I’m still proud of them. Til the next CDC!
FINALLY! SUCCESS! I was able to run Sims 3 on my netbook! Yahoo! I’ve been itching to install it on our desktop for a year now. It’s not until I googled if it’s possible for me to play it on a NETBOOK. Yes, that’s right! It’s possible. It is playable. Only that, of course, expect some lagness. My netbook’s specs are:

I’m using WIN 7: (Changing the screen resolution)
- Open the registry by typing in your windows search, REGEDIT.
- Click EDIT – SEARCH and Look for “Display1_DownScalingSupported” and change it from 0 to 1.
- Restart your computer
- You can now change your screen resolution from 1024×600 to 1024×768
I’m using Sims 3 of RELOADED. The only downside about this version is that you can’t see the roof of your designed house or downloaded custom house. The houses that came with the game are fine tho. This is the Pre-release game version.
How to install Sims 3 RELOADED:
- Download Sims 3 RELOADED
- Unrar or Unzip just ONE file. (rld-sim3.r00) — it’s the first file after your download is complete.
- Use DAEMON tools to mount the ISO file.
- Install and use the serial (GJ99-VX9Z-P4WC-FP4U-GRLD)
- Open the Sims 3 folder by EXPLORE
- Look for the CRACK folder and open it.
- Copy the file TS3.EXE and paste it on your, Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\Game\Bin folder. If it asks for you if you want to replace the file, just click YES.
- ENJOY! :]
For the PATCH 1.0.631: (If you want to upgrade your Sims 3 to the full retail version)
- Download Sims 3 – Retail Patch (RELOADED to full retail patched)
- Copy all files inside the Retail Patch folder
- Paste it on your, Program Files\Electronic Arts\The Sims 3\ folder. If it asks for you if you want to replace the files, just click YES.
- And now you have the FULL RETAIL VERSION OF THE SIMS 3. (1.0.631)
As for the custom contents, I’m still having trouble with the .packages files and the .sim files. It won’t show up! Except if I use a .sim3pack files, then I am able to install it via the Sims 3 launcher without any problem.
And yes, our desktop’s video card is old that Sims 3 won’t play. Too bad. Guess I have to buy a new one.
I just love Anna Faris in her Scary Movie movies. She’s funny and pretty. After her SM, there’s the Hot Chick where she starred along with Rob Schneider, My Super Ex-Girlfriend and a lot more. I never saw her other movies aside from the mentioned above. However, I saw her Observe and Report movie alongside Seth Rogen, and I have to say that the first thing I noticed about her was her lips. Yes. I thought to myself, this girl had her lips done. Ack!
Anyhoo, enough about her lips. For all Anna Faris fans or love her act in comedy movies, her upcoming movie, What’s Your Number? will hit the theaters this September 30th. Check out the trailer below.
