Next TWD Issue, please?

Okay, this is going to be a short post.

I cannot wait for the next The Walking Dead Issue!!! (Issue #92) Why does it have to take a month before they release another one? Gahhh. Robert Kirkman is just an amazing writer! But please, do not kill my favorite characters. =(( Tyreese is just.. sigh. Oh well, the comics needs to be realistic as possible..

Titanic in 3D – 2012

Glad I found the trailer once again. I remember the very first and last time I watched Titanic. I was a teen back then. I really don’t like the idea of drowning. It’s scary. I’d rather shoot myself than drown and suffer slow death. Err. And now, Titanic is back in the theaters — I read that it’s because of the 100th anniversary next year. =( Sad that many people died that day.

Anyway, watch it again, people! This time in 3D. Fall in love with Rose and Jack’s love story all over again. =)

Goosebumps!!

Smart Bro FREE Internet, Anyone?

Ever wonder how I go online when in fact it’s been three weeks since I loaded my broadband stick? It’s quite easy really. It’s a good thing that genius people were able to make it work. More often it is stable but there are other times when connection is at its lowest.

Just follow the image below. Mind you, this only works well with Smart Bro Broadband USB, SMART BUDDY SIMCARD (do not use your Smart Bro Simcard) and has atleast 2PHP balance.

Five Day Challenge: #5

Day Five. Five things you would like to do before you die

Oooh! A Bucket List! I like this idea! Let’s start, shall we?

Things I want to do before I kick the bucket

#1 Bungee Jump. I know, I know. Too common. But heck! I want to try it so bad! But, I don’t think my weight will permit me. =(

#2 If I know for sure that I will definitely die, I’ll eat all of my favorite food! (ex. pizza, DQ, donuts, baked mac, chocolates and many many more!!)

#3 I’ll say ‘sorry’ sincerely to all those people I’ve hurt unintentionally. I can be a bitch you know, without me knowing. =D Actually, I’ve been planning to do this way back.. but have no courage to do it. =(

#4 Take pictures of me from different places in the country. I have only been to Baguio, Tagaytay, Batanggas, Banahaw, Banaue Rice Terraces, Caylabne, and I forgot the other one (gonna ask mom for more). I want to travel and discover more about PHL before I rest forever.

#5 Scuba Diving. Even tho I’m a bit scared of the ocean, I’d take it!

There. I have more. But since the challenge asks for 5 only, then those are my top 5 bucket list. =) It’s pretty simple right?

Five Day Challenge: #4

Day Four. Four of your favorite memories

I can’t believe the questions are getting harder. I should have known before I joined. LOL. Anyway, memories eh? This is much more harder than the last one. I guess I have to rack my brains to get the ‘favorite’ memories from age 7 up to now.

OKAY! Found it! LOL.

#1 Our Baguio trip every year. I remember going to Baguio every year, every month of May, with the grandparents, my family and my Aunt’s family. I still have pictures here from the late 80′s, early 90′s to early 2000′s. I tell you, we never miss a year without going there. I remember how Baguio wasn’t that polluted back then and it’s much colder than now.

#2 Our yearly semestral Tagaytay trip. Because mom purchased a vacation club something from Sunrise, we are entitled to a free accommodation in their Hotel for x days. I will never forget that. Those were the days where I truly enjoyed our vacation with just the family. Sigh. Those were the days. Oh!! I have home videos here too! Wee~

#3 Halloween Trick or Treat with my childhood friends. Sigh.

#4 Hmmm.. I really have no idea what to put here. Sorreh!

To Tweet or Not to Tweet… Your Love Life Online

The internet has taken over. It’s gradually creeping into every aspect of our world, from organising our work calendars to reading the latest news. But the area that has been by far the most affected by this magical new invention is our social lives. Networks such as Twitter andFacebook have forced us to re-evaluate the way we present ourselves. We put a lot on display through these websites, sharing photos and a lot of personal thoughts. But how much should we be sharing about our love lives? Is it right to put the ups and downs of whole relationships up for public viewing?

Yes…

Expectation

In some ways, announcing to the world that you’re ‘in a relationship’ is just the expected thing nowadays. In fact, people would be confused if something this momentous wasn’t put up on Facebook. The web demands that we let everyone know whether we’re eHarmony Edinburgh singles or a long married couple. Putting this online will stop any pestering and annoying questions about why you haven’t changed it. There are easy ways out of this if you want to conserve your privacy – you don’t have to list who you’re in a relationship with or you can even delete ‘relationship status’ entirely from your profile.

Commitment

Changing your relationship status to ‘in a relationship’ also shows that you’re fully committed to it. It’s the final test and the sign that something is fully official when it goes up on Facebook. Your partner and plenty of other people would think you had some doubts about the relationship if you refused to announce its existence on Facebook.

Exposure

The internet with its fondness for total transparency exposes cheaters and liars, as it has done with many unfortunate celebrities over the last few years. This is advantageous for everyone – if your partner is being dishonest you’re far more likely to find out about it with social media in play.

No…

Break Ups

The prospect of the potential break-up is a very persuasive reason to keep your love life completely private. Seeing ‘Mr X and Miss Y have ended their relationship’ appear on your wall is always an unhappy moment and there will always be those few idiots who comment on it. Break ups can be a lot more painful under the public eye.

Smug Statuses

Another good reason for keeping silent about your romantic undertakings is that the smug statuses and cheesy photos that result from them can irritate others, especially UK singles. Posting overly gushy tweets about your other half is a sure way to lose a few followers.

All in all, it’s best to tweet in moderation. To avoid awkward questions always update your relationship status. But after this, try to disclose as little as possible about your relationship – it’s personal and should be kept that way.
