So yesterday, mom and I finally went to Globe Business Center at Alimall to apply for Globe’s promo, My Super Circle Plan. We brought all the necessary documents that are needed. We even brought mom’s original copy of birth certificate and marriage certificate just in case.
Anyway, long story short, we weren’t able to get the promo that day. The unpleasant customer representative of Globe pissed me off big time. LOL. She wasn’t even being “friendly” (no smile, straight face) while explaining it to us. There was a time when she was explaining about the Globe to Globe call and text to one customer, and she was practically shouting! Everyone in there was like looking at her! Turns out mom and I have the same sentiments when we finally left. LOL. Very customer unfriendly indeed.
The main problem was mom doesn’t have any name under any of our utility bills. All of it (meralco, water, cable) are under my dad’s. Unfortunately, dad is not eligible to apply as well because he doesn’t have a payslip to present.
However, they (the unpleasant woman & the sidekick) asked for mom’s bank statement which we brought with us that day. Unfortunately, they didn’t accepted it because they needed the latest (JUNE) copy. We only have MAY 2011 bank statement. Now all that is left to do is to get a copy of mom’s JUNE bank statement from HSBC. I hope we can do all this before the promo ends. =(
I wonder how many days would it take for them to issue us the June bank statement? Err. And is it possible to print it out via online banking? I’m still hoping.
