It seems that almost everyone I know of in my high school and college years are working as call center agents. Even my mom! And some of my nursing/pt friends who have already gotten their nursing lisence or pt lisence still chose to work as a call center agents as their primary job. I guess it’s “in”? Anyway, I was invited by a friend of my friend to join in their company last year. But sadly I have to turn it down due to conflict of schedule. Anyhoo, graduaion is just months away. Thousands of newly college grads will soon submit their resumes to different companies (assuming it’s a call center company) hoping to land a good position. Well, goodluck to them. But if you are in a much higher position than an agent, you might want to read or take an additional training course about Call center workforce management to enhance your skill and be the top and best in your work.
