Last year summer, my girlfriends and I went to Ace Water Spa. We just want to have fun time because our friend, Kathy came back here in our country after 5 years! Anyways, what I liked most about the spa we went to, is their amenities. Swimming pool and especially, their infrared saunas! It was my first time to experienced it and I must say it’s amazing!!

I told my mom about my experience and asked her if she wanted to try it out too. Of course, this time with the family. She agreed! Yay.

Infrared Saunas has many health benefits. My favorite here is weight loss. Yes, my friend. Infrared saunas are a big help if if you want to loose your weight. It also gives relaxation as well. It is more effective than a conventional saunas because heat reaches deeper in the skin. And because of that, heat penetration is at high allowing detoxification like, removal of toxins, nicotine, metals and alcohol. Infrared saunas also helps with your chronic fatigue, treats cellulites, improves immune system, helps with burns and scars, and even control your cholesterol level!

Imagine that!! by sitting in there for a period of time can actually help you with your health! Gahh, how I wish I have the money to buy one!
